When opening a new dental practice in Iowa, Dr. Kucirek decided a new website would not only help introduce her practice to the town, but it would also give her new patients much-needed access to online forms. The simple site structure makes the site easy for all users to navigate, and the design helps to highlight the uplifting mission of the practice while easily guiding users to patient forms and other pertinent FAQ’s. Three HIPAA-compliant online forms were built-out for this project.
A logo and other custom illustrations were created for this site as well as profile and cover images for Uplift Family Dentistry’s new Facebook page. Other items designed for the new business included a banner for health fairs, a postcard for introducing the staff, and a business card for appointment reminders.
